In the kitchen, we are checking the latest deliveries from our long list of local suppliers. Neil insists on the freshest ingredients for our carefully crafted dishes and we really understand the value of buying the right products in the right season. We are happy to be advised by our favourite local suppliers who ensure we are utilising the very best fayre that Kent and Sussex have to offer. Park Farms meat from Hawkhurst and fresh fish from Hastings are two of our particular favourites.
